That's It

So, I've left law school.

It was great going through this process, from the LSAT to first semester with all of you. I want to wish all of my blogger 1L buddies the best of luck on final exams.

As for this blog - I'm going to keep it up, after a brief hiatus, with a name change.

Oh boy! I am sure this was a well-thought out decision. I agree with Stag -- whereever you end up, you will be fine.

What happened?

Good luck -- are you going to stay in Portland?

Thanks -

Yep, we're staying in Portland. We absolutely love it here.

Let's just say that I fought the law school and law school won. :)

Seriously, though, I just realized that I need to put my health first for awhile.

I think that sounds entirely sane and reasonable. Keep us posted!

Wow! I was surprised to see this post. I hope that everything is okay. And as I hope you can tell by these comments, we're all thinking about you and will be here reading and supporting you in whatever you decide to do next! :)

Whoaaa...That totally caught me by surprise.

But health first. There's more to life than law school. Take care!

I hope everything works out for you. I always had the highest regard for those who looked the law school in the eye and walked away. They always had more bravery than I.

Wow, whylaw. I will be looking forward to hearing about what happens next. Congratulations on making what had to be a difficult decision, and best wishes for the future.

In the end, all you really do have is your health and well being. Congrats on doing what was best to maintain that!

It's also good for me (a future 1L) to see that you don't actually turn to stone if you leave law school.

Thanks for your honesty!
